Bring best practices to sales for great results

By William Seidman  Last week Rick Grbavac and I were in Chicago working with some great folks, helping with best practices for solution selling — a wise and proven approach to sales that focuses less on the product and more on the needs of the prospective buyer.  Then we went to Phoenix, again to work with terrific people — where we did best practices for great program management for supply chain improvement programs.  The best of both worlds is getting to learn while you teach the people with whom you’re working,  and we got that on this trip. It feels great. We’ll be in Southern California November 17th through the 19th, talking with a lot of people –in sectors ranging from from social services to quick-service restaurants (once called “fast food places”) and learning as much as we can.]]>
