Performance improvement and great leadership for any organization

By William Seidman  My presentation at last week’s Conference Board meeting was New Scientific Breakthroughs Provide the Roadmap for Improved Performance and Great Leadership. I showed how the Cerebyte model can be used to develop leadership throughout an organization — any organization. I presented the model and 3 examples:

•   A program developing middle managers for executive responsibilities
•   A Sales Team Leadership program
•   Leadership programs for sales and service

My core idea was that organization can and should develop leadership from every role in the organization, regardless of place on the org chart. Participation and feedback were good!]]>
