By William Seidman There’s a wealth of information out there for people who are truly invested in improving performance and harnessing the power of their workforce. It can be a little intimidating trying to choose where to dedicate your limited time, but here are four blogs that we recommend for the high performer: TalentCulture Talent Culture emphasizes the crossroads of talent and culture in the modern workplace. Their blogs tend to involve questions of innovation, dynamic social media and thought provoking content. The blog features contributors from many areas of expertise, many of them at the top of their fields. Talent Culture also hosts chats and answers questions on their #Tchat Twitter channel, demonstrating the power of the network. Switch and Shift Switch and Shift focuses on the human side of business, as they put it, and their articles and blogs cover topics as diverse as innovation and inspiration. With their emphasis on business culture and employee engagement, they offer insight into many aspects of high performance that often go unexamined. Forbes It might seem like a no-brainer, but Forbes has been relatively quickly to adapt to the changing media field, and their blog is a useful aggregator for some of the freshest ideas and best news stories in the world of business. You may simply want to use their blog as a way of finding different places more in your area of interest, but you’re unlikely to find a better catch-all than the Forbes blog. David Rock’s Your Brain at Work Psychologist and CEO of the NeuroLeadership group David Rock keeps a blog on Psychology Today’s website, where he shares his knowledge about the science of leadership and news in the field. It’s important to stay up to date on the latest science and discoveries and no one has a better handle on that than David Rock.    ]]>
