\t\t\t\t\"elearn\"<\/a>\n\nI stumbled on an article on e-learning that really articulated how e-learning can be effective in the workplace today.\n\nIn \u201cWorkplace E-learning That Sticks,\u201d Stephen Meyer, CEO of the Rapid Learning Institute, points out the ugly truth of a majority of e-learning: \u201cAlmost no one watches it.\u201d Meyer writes that studies show two-thirds of users never even log in.\n\nAs I\u2019ve written before, most e-learning isn\u2019t well designed or engaging. The answer?
